Requirements to Diablo 4 Items Unlock Infernal Hordes

To participate in Infernal Hordes, you need to meet several prerequisites:

Complete or Skip the Campaign:

Ensure you"ve either completed the campaign or opted to skip it with your current character. This is necessary to access the endgame content.

Reach World Tier 3:

You must have progressed to at least World Tier 3 (Nightmare) with your character. This tier unlocks more challenging content, including Infernal Hordes.

Finish the "Eyes of the Enemy" Priority Questline:

Complete this specific questline to unlock the Infernal Hordes. It will guide you through the necessary steps to access this mode.

Once you meet these conditions, Infernal Hordes will be available permanently for your account. However, to Diablo IV Items engage with Infernal Hordes, you must continue to play in World Tier 3 or higher.
