2. Mythic Cache from the Blacksmith

You can also attempt to get the Shroud from a Mythic Cache, crafted at the Blacksmith. However, this method is risky, as the outcome is completely random.

 

Mythic Cache Costs:

50 million gold.

Resplendent Sparks.

Because the Mythic Unique from the cache is randomized, this method is often a gamble. It’s generally not recommended unless you’re feeling lucky or have extra Sparks and gold to Diablo 4 Items spare.

 

3. Uber Bosses in Lairs (Torment 4)

Running Uber Bosses in Torment 4 is another way to farm Mythic Uniques. These bosses drop five items per encounter, and each item roll has about 1.5% chance to be a Mythic Unique, giving you roughly a 7.5% chance for a Mythic drop per boss kill.

 

While the drop rate is low, consistent farming of Uber Bosses and high-level content increases your chances over time. This is currently one of the few ways to cheap Diablo 4 Items farm Mythic Uniques without crafting.
